Terms and Conditions
Bin Placement
- I do not deliver bins to steep driveways or pavements.
- Please ensure the bin is not moved once delivered. Convey this to your staff and workers.
- I need to collect the bin in the same location where I dropped it off.
Loading Restrictions
- Strictly no overloading when loading building rubble.
- No large blocks of concrete or pre-cast slabs — please pre-arrange disposal.
- Paving bricks can be loaded up to a certain level only.
- No hazardous waste, asbestos, acid, aerolite/glass wool.
- Soil and sand can be loaded up to a certain level only.

- Garden and normal household rubble can be mixed.
- No leaking paint or oils allowed.
- No wet cement or tar — unless in bags.
Fire Safety
- No making of fires in the bin is permitted.
- Hot ashes or hot coals should not be placed in the bin.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due in cash upon delivery or via EFT once the bin has been delivered or before collection.
