What can I put in the skip?
General household waste, garden refuse and building rubble. Garden and household rubble can be mixed. Soil, sand and paving bricks may be loaded up to a set level only.
What isn't allowed in the skip?
No hazardous waste, asbestos, acid or aerolite/glass wool; no large concrete blocks or pre-cast slabs; no leaking paint or oils; no wet cement or tar unless bagged; and no fires, hot ashes or hot coals. Building rubble must not be overloaded.
How much weight can the skip take?
Our mini skips are ideal for loads under 3 tons, which makes them great for townhouse complexes and tight spaces.

The fine print
Bin placement
- We do not deliver bins to steep driveways or pavements.
- Please ensure the bin is not moved once delivered — let your staff and workers know.
- The bin must be collected from the same location where it was dropped off.
Loading restrictions
- Strictly no overloading when loading building rubble.
- No large blocks of concrete or pre-cast slabs — please pre-arrange disposal.
- Paving bricks, soil and sand can be loaded up to a set level only.
- No hazardous waste, asbestos, acid or aerolite/glass wool.
- Garden and normal household rubble can be mixed.
- No leaking paint or oils. No wet cement or tar unless in bags.
Fire safety
- No making of fires in the bin is permitted.
- Hot ashes or hot coals must not be placed in the bin.
Payment terms
Payment is due in cash upon delivery, or via EFT once the bin has been delivered or before collection.
